Hi Meadow Point families, I'm Mrs. Ricker! This will be my sixth year at Meadow Point, and I am thrilled to teach first grade. In 2016 I graduated from Regis University with my teaching license. For my undergraduate degree, I attended Colorado State University and received my degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I am a BIG Ram fan! After college, I worked at Cimarron Elementary School as the Kindergarten Enrichment Director for two years. When I'm not teaching, you can find me doing anything outdoors. I love to bike, run, and hike all throughout Colorado. My husband and I love spending time with our dog, Kona, and skiing at Copper Mountain as much as we can!

Hello Meadow Point families! My name is Annie Weber and I am so happy to join the Meadow Point family this year. This will be my fifth year teaching. I previously taught 2nd grade in Columbia, Missouri. I graduated from Mizzou in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education. I worked with children for the majority of my life between babysitting, working in daycares, and being a part of the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program. I love reading, spending time with my family and friends, watching documentaries, and listening to podcasts. I am so excited to learn with your children this year. Please feel free to contact me with any questions:

My name is Jim Heit and I will be your child's first grade teacher for the 2021-2022 school year. I am very happy to be here at Meadow Point for another year and am really excited about all the fun and exciting experiences this school year. I am a Colorado native and grew up in the city of Arvada where I went to school and began my teaching career. This will be my 23rd teaching and my second year in first grade. In my spare time, I like to explore my hiking trails in the mountains and learn about the history of Colorado. I've recently picked up golfing and find it to be challenging, but also a very relaxing way to spend time with friends. I also really enjoy exploring Denver and the neighboring cities, eating at restaurants, and listening to live music. At home, you'll find me outside playing with my pug named Rosey.
